The Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and project management.
Key
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and data entry.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism and strong work ethic.
