We are seeking an individual who has previous experience in a client-service setting and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
A Client Services Coordinator at a law firm is responsible for:
Managing client interactions, including answering inquiries and resolving complaints.
Schedule meetings for the team and prepare agendas for weekly team meetings.
Coordinating legal services, such as scheduling appointments and managing client files.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in database systems.
Keeping clients informed about the status of their cases.
Processing payments and maintaining financial records.
Ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Track attorney CLE hours.
Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed.
Provide support for firm events and marketing initiatives.
Becoming a leader in the company, always promoting new ideas, helping others, and assisting junior staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative role within a law firm is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office and Clio.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other members of the firm.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize work effectively.
A CSC must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholder.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as you will be responsible for maintaining client files and other sensitive information.
The candidate should have the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
The candidate should be able to adapt to changing needs and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The CSC will work closely with other members of the firm, so it's important that they are a team player and able to collaborate effectively with others.
